It was recently brought to my attention that there exists among us something called the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Now, I’m sure the idea has cropped up before, but humor me. Since ALL members of the armed forces are subject to military law, does that not include the Commander in Chief? Could one not argue he knowingly volunteered for service and thus subjected himself to the military code of justice by running for office and becoming Commander in Chief?
Military justice aint quite the same as the civilian criminal justice system run by dirt bag trial lawyers and moron socialists. Now I’m not accusing the Messiah de Marx of breaking anything that falls under the UCMJ, and in all practicality, even if he did, the weasel would somehow escape military justice, BUT what great t.v. entertainment it would make if someone could successfully argue he IS subject to the code and brought forth a legitimate charge! Ok, I’ll give you guys a head start. Where’s the original birth certificate? The real one? Could running for President, and thus volunteering for service by falsifying documents to circumvent elligibility requirements be punishable? Maybe its a pipe dream, but any America loving, right wing terrorist would at least skim over these punishable actions and take them into consideration while monitoring the Annointed One’s daily socialist grind on the Communist News Networks.
